Vanuatu Kava is quite a sociable, uplifting yet calming and relaxing Kava. You will, however, get a good sleep in the night.
The kavalactone content acts as a mild anaesthetic in the first few minutes – this numb feeling is a sign that it is good kava!
You will feel the effect after 15mins, and this generally lasts for 2 to 8 hours depending on the dosage and individual body chemistry. Kava can remain in your system for up to 24hrs
